Almost everything are good, just my room the shower room a little smell and you could see the stain from overtime used. I booked two family room but each floor they one have one family room it make a little inconvenience goes up and down and only one key card for a room.

Its location is perfect—Ben Thanh Market is right across the street, and most major attractions are either a short walk or cab ride away. The staff was one of the highlights of my stay. Every member of the team was professional, kind, and eager to help. Kati Ng, in particular, stood out for her warm personality and dedication to making sure my stay was excellent. Since I worked early mornings in the lobby, I really appreciated the thoughtful service from the lobby staff who would regularly offer water and coffee, making sure I was comfortable without even needing to ask. I didn’t get to try lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was top-notch. There was a great mix of international staples and traditional Vietnamese dishes. The staff was quick to offer refills—especially when it came to my americanos, which were always spot on. If you’re visiting Saigon and want a place that combines boutique charm with exceptional service, look no further.

Just a solid location and comfortable room. Amenities are lacking. But you can find stuff nearby such as a gym.

The location is unbeatable – right in the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away, making it super convenient for dining out. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
