Bubanj is a striking memorial in the town of Niš, in Serbia. The hill was the setting for the execution of more than 10,000 people from Niš. The Germans had a concentration camp near by and brought the prisoners here to be shot during World War II. Trenches were dug to hide the bodies, but they were later dug up and burnt to hide any evidence of the killings.
You can catch a bus (#4) here, but I recommend a taxi.

Was difficult to translate, but it's the market near the Nis Fortress. People are literly everywhere selling their stuff, even outside the market, on the streets, out of their cars, on the bushes, etc. It was nice to look around and see everything.
