“When checking-in, staff was helpful.
No problem till checking out. They called taxi for us from hotel to the airport,upon request at agreed price. After the taxi drove out for about 7 minutes. Driver got call. And drove back to the hotel. The attendant checked us out came to the taxi we were in. And said our US dollar bills was too old to be accepted. After another checking he said it is fine. They he asked us to pay the taxi driver extra 10 SOL. We refused. We request for other taxi . Then……

“The hotel was cold, with no heaters in room (despite being advertised as having in the room). The bathroom was shared and the hot water was barely luke warm. Breakfast begins at 7am but as we were leaving for airport before 7am, the receptionist told me we couldn't have a pack breakfast (which other hotels have done for us) as breakfast is only tea or coffee and papaya juice.The walls are marked. Not all the lights worked. The only thing good about the hotel is the proximity to the airport and……
