Our apartment of 75m ² is located above the Royal Port of Darse, charming small marina of Villefranche. The Darse is a small hill, residential, calm, wild and authentic located under the low ledge. You go on foot in 5 minutes to the small beach of Darse, the most advanced pebble beach to the high sea which gives it an incomparable transparency. Food shops, newspapers, flowers etc ... are 2 minutes and buses to Nice or Monaco.

No problem to walk to the train station (15 minutes walk by a nice walk); ideal location to go to the Monaco Grand Prix in May-June without taking a car.

To go to the heart of the old Villefranche, it will take you 5 minutes on foot by the beautiful promenade along the water, along the citadel.

The living room of the apartment has a double orientation and offers a wide angle view of the bay and Cap Ferrat. The apartment is very clear and functional.

It has a room for two people (2 beds of 90cm can be close together) with two large cupboards, a bathroom, separate WC and a large kitchen.

Great views of the bay and decent area ,parking was in front of the apartment so very convenient. You would definitely need car, nice is about 10 minutes drive and monaco is also twenty minutes drive away. Apartment is equipped but it is all original.no air conditioning as it was needed for couple of nights. Overall we were happy with our experience. Thanks

Great place in a wonderful area.
This was our second stay at the residence, and we enjoyed as much as our first. The apartment is a bit quirky in a French sort of way. Bathroom with a bidet and a separate toilet room, a door on the kitchen etc. but that ends up being part of the charm. Living room is quite roomy and comfortable and offers a great view of Villefranche Bay. Bed was comfortable and offered a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the deck immensely and it was great for mid-day relaxing and reading. Our only caution would be to learn the schedule of the local Casino market. It seems that you always find yourself in need of something during their mid-day closing time. All in all a great place in a wonderful area.

Great view and location….but!
Pros - great views and location - 2 balconies to enjoy Cons - old and dated, scuffed doors and walls, wallpaper peeling, dirt in corners of rooms, floors not overly clean - lots of “watch-outs” or warnings about what to do in event of water or power outage (never experienced this before, made you feel like must happen regularly)? - unless you are French, communication difficult. Were met by owners cousin and spouse as part of checkin, really didn’t understand English, luckily we had family meet us at checkin and they knew some french. First thing they shared was to ensure patio doors were secured with a door stop when using. Very flimsy old doors and glass. We did as instructed and had stops on all doors. A very sudden rain and wind storm came up, as I was closing one side of the 3 sets of doors, the far set blew inwards and back closed and glass broke. No fault of ours as we followed their instructions to a tee. The stops were 3 rubber and then a bunch of cheap pieces of wood. They could spend 5 dollars as buy some decent stops and then they should be clearly instructing guests to put a stop on both sides of the doors to account for blowing either way. Better yet, update 60yr old doors if you are renting out? They are wanting to charge us $120euro for repairs! Shame! - Renter beware!!

The location of this charming apartment for me personally was very convenient & ideal, as was the view. The building had a very safe & comfortable feel to it. The contacts & host could not have been nicer & more accommodating. My first experience renting like this & I was made to feel very welcomed & at home :).

Un cadre idyllique !
Appartement idéalement situé. Communication et accueil très agréables. Appartement très facile à vivre et disposant de tout le nécessaire avec une vue imprenable et un balcon très apprécié. Appartement proche de toutes commodités : tout est accessible à pied (commerces, vieille ville, plage, sentier du littoral), ce qui est un vrai + et un réel plaisir. Charmante Altbauwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit einem traumhaften unvergesslichen Ausblick auf die Bucht und Cap Ferrat, besonders bei Vollmond! Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein, zu Fuß zum Cap Ferrat , nur 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und dann mit der Bahn zu allen tollen Orten an der Côte d'Azur... und natürlich Grasse, das eine direkte Verbindung von Villefranche hat!...Schwelgen in der Vegetation des Mittelmeers, in Kunst, Kultur und Duft!

Erinomainen sijainti ja upea merinäköala
Siisti viehättävä parvekkeellinen asunto rauhallisella paikalla. Asunnosta upea näkymä Villefranchen lahdelle. Sijainti kylän keskustassa, jossa kaikki palvelut lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Bussilla pääsee 10 minuutissa Nizzan keskustaan.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement vaste et lumineux
Après un accueil très chaleureux nous avons pu profiter de la vue splendide sur la rade depuis le balcon et apprécier la proximité des commerces et de la plage. L'appartement est également très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse malgré le nettoyage bâclé. Le problème fût rapidement réglé à notre grande satisfaction.
