Avoid this place
The owner was very rude during the whole process and actuall lives upstairs. It is very difficult to access the place, three separate gates with different codes. Access to the bathroom was via 2nd bedroom and there was no door. So no privacy at all. Did not suit for two couples and we ended up departing early and booked into a hotel. Do not book this place ever.

Great cottage close to Nice
We had a great stay. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but in close range (10-15 minutes) of Nice city center and supermarkets. Great view over the valley on to Nice and the sea. Ideal location to explore the touristic hotspots of the aerea. Friendly owners, fluent communication. Would very much recommend.

Charmerende hus
Det er et charmerende rundt hus på en bjergside. Fin/smuk udsigt over bjerge og Nice by med lys. Blev godt modtaget af udlejer, der fortalte det nødvendige. Meget imødekomme og hjælpsom. Boligen indeholder alt det nødvendige. Udlejer bor på grunden nedenfor. Hyggeligt med petangbane på grunden. God terrasse. Bussen går ikke langt fra boligen og det er nemt at komme til fx Nice med bus og sporvogn. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Excellent séjour dans cette petite maison agréable , fonctionnelle avec vue sur la vallée Niçoise. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire aux petits soins en cas de besoin. Le terrain clos avec sa terrasse est un plus pour les repas en extérieur et pour les enfants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Carol. La location est conforme à la description et son emplacement permet de profiter pleinement de la région. Les nuits sont reposantes loin de l'agitation des grandes villes! Carol est une hôte très accueillante et très réactive. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun problème.

La propreté de la maison était moyenne, beaucoup d'humidité, il manquant des chose donc pas pratique, le canapé était en mauvais état, pas de volet au chambre et pas de chance il y a eu de la pluie toute la semaine.

Un pavillon fonctionnel, calme et ensoleillé.
Endroit très calme et merveilleusement ensoleillé. Equipement correct. Deux chaises-longues seraient bienvenues. La salle de bain en enfilade n'est pas pratique (accès par l'une des deux chambres à coucher seulement). L'obscurcissement des chambres n'est pas optimal la nuit venue (dalles de verre entre les deux chambres à coucher). Usage de la voiture obligatoire pour toutes les courses et les excursions. Accès à Nice et environs par des routes chargées.

Nous avons passé une semaine entre étudiants, nous étions 5. La maison est bien située, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur malgré les hautes températures. Le village est très sympathique et les alentours magnifiques. La vue de la maison donnant sur les montagnes est splendide. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec les moustiques, mais ce n'est imputable à personne. Nous n'avions pas de voiture mais nous nous sommes très bien débrouillés grâce à la station de bus de Falicon. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, disponibles et réactifs. Je vous le recommande

Formidable !!!
Une location parfaite. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Sa situation géographique permet de rayonner aisément sur toute la région. A noter que le ménage est compris dans le prix annoncé. Enfin et surtout les propriétaires sont adorables et au petit soin. Ayant subit un important problème mécanique ils n ont pas hésité à nous prêter une voiture et ainsi sauver nos vacances en famille, qui dit mieux ? Encore merci pour cette magnifique semaine, nous avons hâte de revenir…
