- Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff at this place treated my husband and I like absolute S**t!! We came back to our room at 3pm after being away for the day. I realized we had no WiFi, no internet and no TV. Mind you, the WiFi hadn’t worked since we set foot in this place, but atleast we had TV, so ok. Well once I realized there was now no TV I called the front desk. They advised me that they were just upgrading the system and that TV should be up in about an hour. Ok fine. So we went to get dinner, etc and when we got back at 10:30pm, still no TV. I was going to be stuck in this room while my husband was at a conference for the next few days, so this was unacceptable (not to mention the fact that we paid over $350 a night to stay at this hotel, I would think I should get to have WiFi and watch TV like it advertised). So my husband went downstairs and spoke to the manager on duty. She sent up a handyman who came to check our TV. He said “some rooms have it, some don’t” Well that was not ok, so with that we decided to pack up and go check out. I told the manager I’m perfectly willing to pay for the 3 days we stayed here and got what we agreed would be available to us, but there was no way I was paying for this day. To make a VERY long story short, this place COULD’VE done the right thing and practiced good business, but they chose not to. They forced us to pay for that day when nothing in the room worked and even with all the inconvenience they caused us. NEVER AGAIN!
