Located centrally between beach and train station. New tram service makes this very accessible to and from airport. Staff friendly and room spacious and clean. Very comfortable night's sleep.

Overall great location, friendly staff, clean and a good breakfast. Only downfall was that we kept losing power whenever we used the iron in the room. Bathrooms could be updated but otherwise happy with my stay and would recommend.

My room was large and clean. There are many restaurants nearby as is the train station. Julia at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Nice has many pickpockets. Be careful. I was pickpocketed on a crowded train

As a brand hotel, it was very easy to reach tourist attractions using public transportation. The breakfast was pretty good and the atmosphere was the best for a cup of coffee on the terrace. However, it was difficult to ventilate because the glass windows in the room could not be completely opened, and as a result, the curtains and carpet in the room looked dusty. Nonetheless, accommodation prices are competitive.

Basic hotel with a good location

A basic hotel with an excellent location. Nice staff, clean hotel. Standard and very basic breakfast. Moderate price for the rooms. The room was a good size but back to the seventies. Dark coloring, dark lightning, dark overall carpets, smells the seventies. But clean. If the room is on the street side you can hear everything from the streets. Even people talking. The tram station is very close so there is an easy access everywhere.

Everything was great except a young female worker upon check-in would not take no for an answer and was persistently asking for my credit card while making inappropriate hand gestures which constitutes sexual harassment. I know she’s young and finding her feet as an adult and woman - coming of age - but those comments are incredibly inappropriate, unprofessional and make me feel uncomfortable & unsafe. I left the hotel early in shock because I felt uneasy & uncomfortable dealing with the females/women at the hotel. The restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff - of both genders - were fantastic.

I liked the location. Very convenient. Breakfast is 3.5 out of 5. Rooms need renovation. Old carpet that gives an old appearance to the room, First night I requested an extra pillow and extra bed sheet and the guy at the reception said that he was alone and nobody could provide them. This is the first “4 star hotel” I have stayed at that do not provide free bottled water. I would say it is not a 4 star hotel. 3 stars is more than enough.

-) at our arrival day we’ve noticed that the sheet and blanket had a bloodstain on it (how can the cleaning staff not see this kind of things when putting fresh and new sheets on the bed ?!). We’ve taken a picture of it and went down to the reception to tell them about that, the 2 ladies told us there is no cleaning staff at the hotel anymore to change the sheets of the blanket (again it had blood stain on it!) so we told them that we’re happy enough if we get a fresh sheet without blood on it, to at least cover ourself without a blanket. (We got handed over a sheet) NOW THE BEST PART -> The next day we’ve left the blanket sheet with the blood stain on it purposely on the ground (after telling the reception in the late evening about it - the day before they made a note) to get sure the cleaning staff realizes there is something „wrong“ with them and to get them exchanged (finally after not being done the night before), after leaving the hotel and comming back at night for sleep, we just realized they have fu**** used the same (!!!) sheet blanket with the bloodstain lying on the dirty hotel room floor again (!!!). We’ve turned the sheet upside down and tadaaaa the exact same blood stain has been there (of course we took a picture of proof!) again, which makes us ask ourself „do they ever change sheets?“. The location of the hotel is good, it’s not on a busy street which makes the area quiet and calm but inside noisy sadly.
