Villa Flora

A lovely, recently built 105 m² villa with a 35 m² terrace, located 15 minutes by car from the beach. The villa is situated on a sunny, south-facing hillside with a breathtaking view of the sea, taking in the entire bay from Cagnes-sur-Mer to Cap d’Antibes, and to the west, a view of the Col de Vence and Baou de Saint-Jeannet mountains. It is situated on a private, peaceful property, surrounded by century-old olive trees and a rose farm that you can visit.
The villa features three bedrooms with three double beds, a spacious living area with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy and inviting lounge area, a well-appointed bathroom, and two restrooms, one of which is separate. There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and we also provide bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels. There is parking for two or even three cars, as well as a garden with a barbecue.
