We loved everything about this hotel. They have truly thought of it all. The only negative thing I can say is if you are on a budget this is not the place to stay. The prices are inflated and I would recommend purchasing alcohol and snacks for your room in advance and eating off the resort sometimes to save money. Overall, I give the resort 5 stars for its creativity, Entertainment and the hospitality staff.

I want to thank every staff member who worked tirelessly and diligently to accommodate me and my sister during the hurricane. That was a huge curveball and we were unable to engage in the activities that we wanted to, but I truly thank the staff for their dedication. I pray the areas in the hotel that were effected by the rain will be fix soon enough.
I would like to make a suggestion for better room service options. I also had difficulties with the Riu app. I was unable to book reservation for restaurants, spa and order room service.
I totally loved the swim up bar, the beach and my room upgrade.

The pool, hot tub, resort restaurants and the beach was wonderful, the service excellent. The casino it is just for entertainment purposes on my respective opinion, you never win .
