Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden.
Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei einem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt.
Absolut inakzeptabel war der Service einer Angestellten beim Frühstück. Am ersten Frühstück wurden wir sehr deutlich und unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ein gemeinsamer Tisch für alle in unserer Gruppe nun nur mit Schierigkeiten spontan umgesetzt werden kann. Jedoch hat uns beim check in niemand darauf hingewiesen, dass ein gemeinsamer Tisch unserer Gruppe fürs Frühstück im Vorfeld angekündigt werden sollte, obwohl offensichtlich war dass die Zimmer von unserer Gruppe individuell gebucht wurden. Absolut unterirdisch lief es dann am zweiten Morgen: Wir wurden zu einem Tisch geführt, der nur über fünf Plätze und Stühle verfügt, unsere Gruppe bestand aber aus neun Leuten. Eine höfliche Nachfrage führte zu keiner Verbesserung, so dass wir uns letztlich zu neunt um den einen Tisch quetschen mussten.
Ich kann das Hotel somit leider nicht empfehlen.

This is a Basic hotel, but exceeded that classification. Staff were helpful, air conditioning, breakfast exceed expectation. the breakfast looked over a large park and green area. After breakfast a nice walk in the park. Parking was OK once you found the location. Small bar on main floor. Basically offer everything that they said and often better.
