"First room smelt of sweat, so they changed my room. Second room was better, but at night i noticed that the 4 pillows all had really bad deep smells. They do not use pillow protectors over the pillow, which meant that sweat and stains accumulate easily on the pillows itself. I asked for my pillows to be changed, slight improvement, but still not great. It the fact that the pillows themselves are barely protected, and pillow case is very thin. I booked a double bed, but was given 2 single beds. Everytime the next door room put in their card you could hear the start up noice, very loud especially if that person is in and out at night alot. Some stains on the bathroom walls, and on the desk chair. Over all very average, i paid an extortionate price because it was during an expo. Carpet made the room dusty, and i had my allergy flares. There was a constant air that was centralised, so made air dry. Breakfast, very average in terms of choice of non processed foods. Just extremely extremely average, unfortunately. "
