“The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This……

“The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service.”

“スタッフのサービスは凄く良かったし、無料の朝食がついているのもかなり良かっかです。 ただお部屋はタバコの臭いが滞在中ずっとしていましたし、トイレの水回りと便座が使えなくはないですが、改善が必要だと感じました。 立地条件も良く直ぐに移動の乗り物に乗ることが出来ました。 また、アッサンソールに来た時には利用したいと思いました。”
