"We booked this hotel.com but when we reached hotel at 7pm the receptionist told there's no booking under my name. We have been waited at the front desk for more than 20mins & requested the hotel to call hotel.com to vertify. After few people ( I think including the manager ) checked few times & eventually found out. We got a very bad perception to both the hotel & hotel.com. We don't know which part have problems. "As a foreign visitor, Oyado Ichifuji provides a nice way to experience Japanese hospitality in a traditional setting. The owner was super helpful in providing tips and hints on things to do locally and in the region. They even offered to do my laundry when they realized I run out of clean clothes!
