"The staff was really nice, they were able to check us in a little early which really helped us out coming from Kyoto so we didn’t have to store our luggage. The location is top notch with so many choices to eat and shop literally feet away from the hotel. We stayed in the penthouse room with a deck all to ourselves with an amazing view of Dotonbori skyline. However there were some things that could use improvement.
