"Incredible hotel! Perfect location with an awesome rooftop terrace. Happy Hour from 4-6:30, free drinks. Can’t beat that. We chose a room with our own private onsen, which was incredible to relax in and enjoy the views. Great staff who were so accommodating. The restaurant, which offered a 10 course meal, was outstanding! Highly recommend staying here!"

"Temperature control in the room was finicky and couldn’t be turned off. Room was large with a separate sleeping area. No view and frosted glass windows which were small. Very friendly staff in a convenient location. Sneaker by the door kept turning the light on at night but staff came and turned it off. Overall good stay."

"Beds are just mattresses put on the floor. Ammenities were in a public common space, not at all convenient. The space to put shoes was extremely tiny, you take one step and it already transitions to the rest of the room. Water for the shower is shared with the sink and only one can be used at a time. ..."
