“Great place to get away to relax and get away from city life. It is in a rural location so you will need to take your trash with you but the New Hope waste area is on your way out. We really got to decompress and enjoyed the house and all the activities. There are new homes being built nearby which are gorgeous to take the golf cart around and check out. If you like seclusion, fishing, and kayaking this is the place to be. ”

“This was a great property for our large group to stay. This home in Downtown Elizabeth City has been updated and offers huge spaces and modern upgrades while respecting and honoring the historic home. The bedrooms and baths are huge, and there is tons of living and gathering space (two dining areas, two living rooms). It’s close to downtown, restaurants and easy to the main roads. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Nice home and neighborhood. Only issue we had is that the driveway is more narrow than appears, and there were no serving utensils in the kitchen, but we were very comfortable and would stay again.”
