Layout of the unit is perfect with a large living space and two bedrooms upstairs. Unit is spotless and the beautiful kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and then enjoy them on the deck overlooking the river. You won't go wrong with this rental!!”

“Great place to get away to relax and get away from city life. It is in a rural location so you will need to take your trash with you but the New Hope waste area is on your way out. We really got to decompress and enjoyed the house and all the activities. There are new homes being built nearby which are gorgeous to take the golf cart around and check out. If you like seclusion, fishing, and kayaking this is the place to be. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront rental in Elizabeth City! The location couldn't be better — right on the water with stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Sitting out on the deck with a morning coffee or evening drink while watching the boats go by was truly relaxing.One of the biggest perks was the **private boat slip**, which made bringing and docking our boat incredibly convenient. Being right on the water gave us easy access to explore the river and enjoy water activities……

“My wife and dogs had a great time. Cabin was very clean and very cozy plenty of room nice and secluded. They have everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay here again. My worked and i went fishing. no complaints from us if i had any critique at all it would be the internet is a little slow and spotty. but that's only because my wife had to work i could care less i personally didn't use it or even would so no complaint from me. I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY HIGHLY RECCOMEND……

“Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful. Loved the porch swing and close proximity to the water. It’s a quiet area but that’s what we wanted. Clean & well-appointed, rooms were a bit smaller than we were expecting but they were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was superb: modern and fully stocked. “This was a great property for our large group to stay. This home in Downtown Elizabeth City has been updated and offers huge spaces and modern upgrades while respecting and honoring the historic home. The bedrooms and baths are huge, and there is tons of living and gathering space (two dining areas, two living rooms). It’s close to downtown, restaurants and easy to the main roads. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“My son asked for a fishing trip to celebrate his high school graduation, and this place was everything we hoped for. The home is cozy and unique, kind of like a bunkhouse, and just 50 feet from the water, which made it perfect for fishing anytime we wanted.One of our favorite features was the large window wall with a stunning view of the Albemarle Sound.
