"Perfect location for a campus tour weekend trip with my daughter. The house was great! Exactly as described. Beds were extremely comfortable-I am very picky in this area! "We had a wonderful time with our graduating senior. We hosted 2 sets of aunts and uncles in the house with us for an early graduation celebration, and it was perfect! We had 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, and all with tons of charm. The remodel of this house was done so well, with special attention given to retaining a lot of the house's old charm. We walked across the street to The Mont and enjoyed the easy access to campus and the businesses on campus corner. I highly recommend!"

The street is so charming and perfect for morning strolls, and in the evening, a jaunt to The Mont is absolutely perfect for a burger or just guac and chips! The owners were very responsive when we reached out about the air conditioner and sent someone right away to take care of the small problem. "We booked this property for the location to the wedding activities and wedding. The kitchen for the gathering and cooking and the back deck for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen and layout is amazing. The back deck could use some tlc with the boards on the deck. Warped and not sturdy when walked on. We wanted to use the deck lights for the ambiance at the end of the day recapping of all the activities. We could not find the light switch. The host responded quickly and were tried to use them...
