The staff was amazing; friendly and very responsive to questions and needs! The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed (including a bigger fridge than most hotels I've stayed at). The outdoor amenities (pool, patio) looked great but the weather did not allow for me to enjoy them. It was a little noisy...I could hear my next-door neighbor snoring and the elevator 'ding' as my room was very close to it. Lots of construction going on nearby, but should be done soon.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and staff was able to give us a first floor room for convenient access to bring our small dog outside. I would stay here again.

NEVER again!!! Only liked the price. But you get what you pay for. Not sure what was more uncomfortable-dogs barking, babies crying, running, stomping, yelling through paper thin walls or the flimsy towels, shower curtain wrapping keeping water from you, bathroom door that wouldn’t stay open when you wanted it to, scarce empty soaps and lotion, watered gravy, wet biscuits, nasty stained hall carpet, maybe the putrid smell as we left our room that morning. Sweet young lady checked us in. Kind young man who had not been trained on how to respond to concerns at checkout. How it got a high trip advisor rating I’ll never know. In a word…uncomfortable.

The room was so dirty. Smelled awful. Bed sheets and blankets were not cleaned. Had holes and torn from the sheets to mattress cover. The bed was so old you could feel the spring coils by touching the bed. I had to check out of the room immediately. I was so disgusted I didn't even want to sit my stuff down. I was told I would be refunded and only charged a cancelation fee and that still has not happened.
