First I'd like to say,I originally gave this hotel a very poor check in rating, that was my error. I thought I was reviewing my previous Hotel. the check-in was lovely friendly and seamless. The hotel was clean modern and excellent. The air conditioning was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach walking distance to markets it was a wonderful experience I highly recommend it.

This was my second time staying at this lovely and exclusive establishment.
And the key primary reason why I will keep coming back, is the very private ambience the property offers for a very relaxing stay to get away from the real hustle and bustle of the city. This is a real getaway.... And the staff, every one of them, were excellent in their professionalism. They are a great asset to the brand and I am already planning my next visit.

I stayed here for a few days. It was the second place I stayed in Bangkok. No complaints at all. The staff were great, the room was relatively large and clean, the location was great, and everything was nice. I didn't make use of the pool or gym, so I cannot comment on that. But everything I did use was great.

Last year was great but this year was definitely even better.
Reception always so happy and ready to help , very kind!
Grateful for the care & attention from the restaurant staff especially as I have a serious allergy and the managers were very kind with extra help to make sure all was well with my order.
That was very important & we are both grateful to the staff I had no issues 🙏
The room was always spotless and comfortable , great amenities and just an overall 5 * + experience!
We will return in 9 days and we can’t wait!
