Apparently you cannot check in before 3:00pm even if your room is ready even though check out time is 11:00. This morning housekeeping was in my hallway at 9:30 when I checked out. The breakfast buffet food was lousy, scrambled eggs were cold. I have never seen a buffet with paper cups for coffee before. The room was okay, if you want amenities other than soap and shower gel you can buy them at reception. Overall, a mediocre experience.

New LCT Residence is one of the most impressive high-rise buildings in Haeundae. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, and the room offered an absolutely amazing ocean view—I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it every day. The room was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, plus a washer and dryer, which made our stay very convenient. Parking in the basement was a bit hectic, but the incredible views and comfortable amenities made it all worth it!

A well kept facility. Perfect for family and single folks. Room service is excellent. No issues and the stay was comfortable. I would come back here again. Location is not bad at all and central to all attractions.

When we get there, it was hard to find the front desk B4 for check in.
I liked the big living room, big kitchen, 3rooms with panorama ocean view.
They only give us 2 keys for 4 people stay.
I lost 1 key ... had to pay 50000 won to make a new key.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Towels were changed daily. Hotel is located near exit 9 of seomyeon station, it is also walkable to bujeon station. Lots of dining options nearby even into the late evening.

"The worst hotel I stayed in Korea. Staffs were rude and unprofessional. parking garage was small and unsafe exit driveway. Paid extra for a better room but dirty spots everywhere and smells horrible. I would not recommend this hotel. Oh, check in time 4pm.."
