Our family of four just spent a wonderful five days at the Radisson Blu in Aruba. We have nothing but praise for the property. The staff were extremely accommodating. We especially would like to acknowledge Alexander who checked us in promptly and pleasantly, Jose who took care of our needs all week - from bringing our bags to the room, to driving us to the Moomba beach in the shuttle, and calling cabs for us when needed, and Santos who gave us information about the island and his personal story that brought him there. Our king-size suite was perfect for our family. Our college age kids had their own room and bathroom and we had our own beautiful space, plus a shared area with tv, microwave and full-size fridge. We also had a full balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The pools are very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the adult-only infinity pool. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and the many restaurants in the Palm Beach area. We would highly recommend this hotel as a wonderful value for the price and will look into Radisson Blu in other cities for future travels.

Beautiful hotel with great accommodations. It is in the perfect location, easily walk to Palm Beach, multiple shops and restaurants. The adult rooftop infinity pool is fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for our family of 4.

The hotel is conveniently located to many walkable shops and restaurants. The beach it has access to is Mamboo beach and it is okay, there are many beaches in Aruba that are much better.

The staff was so friendly. Valentina at concierge and Zenayi at the front were fabulous! The adultsninlynpiol ended up kids a few times but security came and had them leave. The 3rd floor restaurant staff was not very accommodating for dinner. Overall it was a great place to stay. Free shuttle to the beach bc it is not oceanfront.

I did a solo trip to Aruba that was much needed for my mental health and the Radisson blu team made it an exceptional experience. Everyone was warm, kind and helpful. I felt like I had so much peace and privacy. I had an ocean view room so I was on the side where I could hear city sounds which were barely audible…the sound from party folks died down at around 10:30pm anyway which was fine. The ocean/pool view was amazing! The king suite was a great size, felt like a small city apartment! The only thing that was a bit off was the tile on the shower floor …it can be a little slippery especially if you moisturized your feet really well with sunscreen. A different type of tile is needed for the shower floor to prevent accidents. Also, the hotel lobby really could use A/C the poor workers were hot up there, and I was hot checking in lol! But the welcome champagne in the lobby was a nice touch, and the welcome champagne in my room was great! The hotel is in walking distance of many great restaurants and shops and a really good gelato spot!!! All in all a 9.8/10 and I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one. Thank you team blu!

Raddison Blu was a decent stay. I for one loved the rooms and how spacious they were. The complimentary water and champagne was a nice touch. The rooms were cleaned more often than every other day as originally mentioned, which was nice. The only issue with after cleaning was not all the time were the washcloths or rug for when you step out the shower replaced. We had to call downstairs to have them sent up. Another thing to note is the strong wet/moldy smell that was throughout much of the building and rooms and more so in the elevators. I traveled with friends and a few of them complained that they had major headaches due to the smell. The smell lessened over time, but I will assume this was due to being used to it after while. I loved the pool areas and the adult only pool on the rooftop. The food at the restaurant on the rooftop was blah, not many people were ever seen eating there. Overall, the customer service was awesome. Easy to catch a cab if need be, and beach in a short walking distance from the hotel. Moomba Beach club was a great place to eat and party and nightlife was a 5-10 min cab ride away. I would definitely stay here again despite the minor hiccups.

FYI:the vent in the living room drips water The shower floor is slippery when wet and not pitched to the drain. More towel bars would help with your ‘please reuse’ policy. A towel bar in the shower for a washcloth is needed. The rear of the shower could be utilized for hanging wet bathing suits, if you install a bar back there. After all, this happy island is all about getting wet.
