“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“Fantastic stay. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The room was right size. The pull out bed wasn't the most comfortable. Housecleaning was very accommodating to our jet lag schedule. “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The staff made this stay amazing! They were all very helpful and kind and made our anniversary trip perfect. Peter specifically and another young lady at the front desk whose name I didn’t get were very helpful and pleasant. “I don’t normally give 5stars for hotel stays but the Ritz is by far the exception! The staff was beyond terrific! Every single person we came in contact w made us feel welcome, special and pampered!
