Found the front desk staff to be on the ruder side and weren’t very accommodating. They had a shuttle that took you to the beach but it was small, crowded and pushed us under a tree. The shuttle driver also seemed like she didn’t want anything to do with anyone. The staff at the beach were nice and friendly but at the hotel they were not. The rooms were very nice and pool area was very nice but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the staff and beach area.

Great amenities , pool and restaurant as well as beach shuttle and chairs. Wonderful staff . Pizza at the restaurant was amazing and breakfast buffet had many choices. Good location, easy walk to the Palm beach and shopping , and short drive to eagle Beach and Super foods.

I give this hotel a 8/10… the room could’ve been wayyy better. The bed 10/10… The pool area was nice. The food was amazing, like everything! The drinks taste water down or just juice. The staff was great except for a few people lol. They keep everything clean! There are iguanas everywhere but they are friendly and scary cats lol. The transportation is great, they can call taxis for you, they have scooter or bikes you can ride (pay). They have a free shuttle to take you to the beach and comes with lounge chairs and towels. We got complementary 5/10 minute massages.

The property was very dated but the rooms were clean. The breakfast was the SAME exact thing the entire stay and it became very repetitive. The restaurant was expensive and had a very limited menu most of which tasted bland. It was a very cheap hotel so it was expected. Also the lizards made eating near the pool insufferable. From the hotels we went to see I would recommend the Hyatt and the Hilton
