"Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sehr sauber und zudem hervorragend zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns dort insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.Einen Punkt muss ich jedoch deutlich kritisieren: die Kommunikation. Ich habe an zwei verschiedenen Tagen versucht, das Ferienschmiede-Team zu kontaktieren, erhielt jedoch auf keine meiner Anfragen eine Rückmeldung.Am Tag der Anreise lagen uns zudem noch immer keine Check-in-Daten vor, obwohl laut der FeWo-direkt-App diese bereits seit drei Tagen verfügbar sein sollten. Der Kundenservice von FeWo-direkt konnte uns zum Glück schnell weiterhelfen und teilte uns mit, dass die Check-in-Informationen erst pünktlich um 16:00 Uhr zum offiziellen Check-in versendet werden.Eine entsprechende Information im Vorfeld hätte viele unnötige Nachfragen und Telefonate erspart. Mit einer besseren Kommunikation wäre der Aufenthalt insgesamt rundum gelungen gewesen."
