Super gelegen, Stadtnah und zum Strand auch nicht weit zu laufen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Guten Tag, Wir sind seit Jahren bei Villa Medici untergebracht. Die Wohnung Seeblick ist z. B.an der Gardinenstange sehr verrostet. Uns fehlt im Kühlschrank ein Eisfach. Und an der Küchenzeile ist es an der unteren Leiste Richtug Boden sehr schmutzig gewesen.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Das kostenpflichtige Wäschepaket sollte bei 8 Tagen Aufenthalt die doppelte Stückzahl an Handtüchern enthalten. Die Müllentsorgung ist etwas unklar, da ein Behälter für Biomüll fehlt. Für gemietete Fahrräder fehlt leider ein Abstellplatz; so muss man den engen Bürgersteig benutzen und riskiert einen Strafzettel(?) Schön wäre bei unserer Ankunft eine kurze Begrüßung durch Sie, Frau Hettling, gewesen.

Wunderschöne Villa in zentraler Lage. Vom Strand über Bäcker, Netto bis hin zum Busbahnhof ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, bei großer Hitze durch Lage unter dem Dach mit großem Fenster nach Westen nachts sehr warm. Unter dem Dach war es wirklich sehr warm, Fenster nachts offen hat nur wenig genutzt. Auch wenn solche Wetterlagen auf Norderney eher selten sind, sollte man sich da etwas einfallen lassen. Ein erster Schritt wäre ein Ventilator. Mitten im Sommer würden wir dieses Zimmer nicht noch einmal buchen. Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal in der gleichen Wohnung, haben aber zunehmend den Eindruck, dass sie mal wieder eine Frischzellenkur gebrauchen könnte. Trotz das es eine Nichtraucherwohnung sein soll, hat es ziemlich nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage, für 4 Personen wäre es allerdings sehr sportlich.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ein sehr schönes Objekt.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, alles vorhanden. Sehr leise, ich habe von draußen nichts gehört. Ausstattung reicht für Urlaubs Kochen😉, wenn man das möchte. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke. Einem schönen Urlaub steht nicht im Wege.
