Sleeping places are available for 6 people. The Rosenhaus is equipped with a TV, stereo with CD player, microwave, washing machine, garden furniture and loungers. The Rosenhaus has two terraces, one for sole use to our rose garden with a view of the fishing pond, the other to the dike side. Dogs are allowed. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom sleeps up to four people. There is a bunk bed with a pull-out bed. The lower bed is 1.4m wide and the other two beds are 90cm wide. The pull-out bed is only 1.90m long. The living room is divided into a cozy living area and an inviting dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there is another small dining area for 2 people. The next restaurant on the dike is about 100m away. The Nordstrand spa center with swimming pool can be reached in a few minutes via a pedestrian bridge. There is also a bakery where you can get bread in the morning. Thanks to the pedestrian bridge, you can even send the children alone. From the dike you have a wonderful view of the Halligen. The tourist tax and final cleaning are not included in the total price. They must be paid to the guest service on site. The final cleaning is € 60\. The tourist tax is € 2.20 per day and adult. On request, our guest service also offers a laundry package with bed linen and towels for € 15 per person. Jan 13, 2025 Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Sehr abgewohnt - und es hat reingeregnet Der Zustand der Wohnung ist mangelhaft, die Ausstattung in Teilen unbefriedigend und sehr alt – die Fotos im Internet versprechen deutlich mehr. Beispiele für die Mängel: Es hat reingeregnet (das Wasser lief die Wand herab - und gemäß der Spuren nicht das erste Mal), das elektronische Türschloss funktionierte nicht, Wasser stieg rückwärts durch den Ablauf der Dusche in die Wanne, Kante der Fensterbank an Spüle deutlich aufgerissen, in einem Schlafzimmer keine Leselampen, 3 Teelöffel sind zu wenig, Sitzbank am Tisch deutlich zu niedrig ....Leider seit einer guten Woche keine Reaktion auf das freundliche Feedback nach dem Urlaub. ##### Thomas G. Das bad der Wohnung darüber ist über dem Schlafzimmer, wodurch man quasi bei jedem Badezimmerbesuch live dabei ist. Außerdem könnte man sich ohne größere Anstrengung mit den Bewohnern der oberen Wohnung durch die Decke unterhalten. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist SEHR spartanisch eingerichtet. Für 6 Personen ist die Wohnung meines Erachtens zu klein. Toll ist die Waschmaschine, welche jedoch extrem verdreckt ist und mal gründlich gereinigt werden müsste. Ich finde auch die gesamten Servicepauschalen, Steuern, Endreinigung etc. sehr hoch. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, mit einigen Anstrichen. Allerdings befindet sich über der Wohnung eine zweite Ferienwohnung. Da das Haus recht alt ist, hört man alle Geräusche der Mieter über einem durch die Balkendecke. Über dem Schlafzimmer befindet sich offenbar das Bad/WC. Nachts kann das sehr störend sein, da man das Duschen und Toilettengeräusche hautnah verfolgen kann/muss. Wir hatten das Pech, sehr agile Urlauber über uns zu haben, die ständig in Bewegung waren. Wir sind tolerant, aber das war doch zu viel. ##### Steffen E. Die Wohnung an sich ist super süß und man könnte wirklich etwas daraus machen. Nur leider wurde sich darum nicht mehr gekümmert, der Müll wurde wochenlang nicht abgeholt, die vorhandenen Grills waren kaputt und verdreckt, die Terrasse war kaum begehbar, weil sie mit Dornenranken zugewuchert war, die Terrassentür war kaputt und und und…. Jul 11, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schöner Aufenthalt in liebevoll eingerichteter älterer Ferienwohnung Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt im Rosenhaus. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es ist fast alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt einwandfrei und ist auch sehr freundlich. Die Reinigung ist an manchen Stellen etwas oberflächlich durchgeführt und die Einrichtung leider teilweise schon etwas altersschwach bzw. dadurch defekt. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage des Rosenhauses ist traumhaft und die Insel ist es ebenso. ##### Franziska L. Die Lage und die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Alles ist vorhanden, vom Eierkocher bis zur Spülmaschine. Sauberkeit der Wohnung eher Durchschnitt. Doch am meisten gestört hat die Hellhörigkeit durch die obere Etage. Die Holzfußböden sind überhaupt nicht gedämmt, so das man von oben jeden Schritt und jedes gesprochene Wort hört. Die Wasserleitung und Klospülung sind sehr laut. Dazu kommt noch das die Wohnung oben 4 mal neu belegt wurde. Die Putzkolonne kam dann immer und es hörte sich an als ob das Nachbarhaus abgerissen würde. Ich würde mich als eher Geräuschunempfindlich bezeichnen, aber das war echt schon sehr laut und unangenehm. Hatte die Bewertungen schon vorher gelesen, aber eigentlich sollte der Vermieter da ebenfalls vorher darauf hinweisen. Wir würden diese Wohnung deshalb nicht noch einmal buchen. Doch Leider quietscht das Gästebett sehr und die Matratzen sind durch. Ebenso hört man die Nachbarn über einen so laut auf dem Holzboden und das bis in die Nacht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Hellhörigkeit zur oberen Wohnung ist tatsächlich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man hört eigentlich jede Tätigkeit der Nachbarn .. Die Servicepauschale finde ich auch etwas happig, zumal die Wohnung nicht gerade blitzeblank übergeben wurde. Aber es fehlte uns an nichts und das schöne Fleckchen Erde hat diese kleinen Minuspunkte wieder ausgeglichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! ##### Silke N. Tolle Lage direkt am Deich, Haus ist groß und geräumig und man hat vorne und hinten die Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön und man hat genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstatrung in der Küche ist sehr gut. Hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Jetzt die negativen Punkte: 1\. Es ist sehr hellhörig Man hört wirklich jeden Schritt vom Mieter über einen. Wir hatten Glück dass wir sehr ruhige Mieter über uns hatten, so dass es nicht sehr störend war. 2\. Das etwas größere Bett mit dem Etagenbett ist eine Zumutung. Die Matratzen ist es nicht wert so genannt zu werden. Für kleine Kinder ist es evtl. ja noch machbar, aber für Jugendliche oder Erwachsene ist es eine Zumutung. 3\. Der Bereich mit den Mülltonnen war wirklich ekelig. Sie waren völlig überfüllt und es kamen schon Maden rausgekrabbelt und es stank bestialisch. Der Bereich sah sehr versammelt aus. Hier sollte man wirklich mehr auf Sauberkeit achten. ##### Birgit N.
