The room was spacious and we had a great ocean view. The cleaning people did not understand that we only wanted them to not clean on ONE day, not the entire 3 day stay. Two of the four elevators were not operating. This created long times to enter the elevator. This was very time consuming.

The TV didn’t work, the picture squiggled every 10 seconds. The room smelled musty and the original bathtub had streaks of rust. Not an enjoyable stay!

I communicated this through their text messaging as they requested around 7pm, then again at 7am since they hadn’t responded. I received a response around 6pm— almost 24 ..."

"The beds were full sized instead of queen which made it hard for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Also, there was not much room to walk around in the room. There was no space for a blow up mattress. The bathroom was very small."
