“This place was great until the second floor bedroom AC would not work. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone and they assured me they would try to resolve the issue during my stay. They then told me they were unable to do this. I informed them I chose this as it was supposed to include AC and the second floor was where we would be sleeping. It was extremely hot at night and during the day after walking 15k steps.”
