Excellent n close to my dr appt n amazing staff n front desk very loving n professional 💗💗💗

3 starts only because It’s great if you’re going to a game very close walking distance. But the hotel is old and outdated, elevators are slow and no more than 6 people on at a time. Our sheets didn’t fit the bed and shorted us towels. Most importantly bring your own pillow, we even requested extra and they were lacking. Would expect a lot more for the $$$$

Room was clean and convenient for handicap accessible with automatic doors and lowered beds. Surprisingly there was not a handicap, accessible shower, and you had to step up into it over the tub lip.The food at the restaurant was just OK but the service was really slow. The service at the bar was also less than stellar. We saw several people come in and sit for about 10 minutes and never got waited on so they left. Granted there was one staff member however she was in the back room half the time.

The staff was exceptional! Property beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

Room for 1 night was $325, parking $50 no television, no workout room. Breakfast was $20 per person (eggs, sausage, very dry potatoes, some fruit & a couple pastries) Location was great but disappointed in cost for lack of amenities
