"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."

"We had a wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable! The location was convenient and right off the boards. The only two things that I would complain about are the queen beds and the hot water. The queen beds are less than desirable on the comfort level. The water doesn’t get super hot even on the highest level. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and won’t hesitate to rent here again!"

It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Dave was always available for help when needed. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cooking needs."

"This beautiful and spacious apartment was a perfect place to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. It is right on the boardwalk and just a few steps to the ocean. We loved that we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and then come back to relax and hang out all together. This year was amazing because we were in walking distance to the beach, Duffers and so much more. This rental was very quaint and just enough space for the four of us!! "The place was very clean and in great condition. Very easy check in. The color scheme was very relaxing and I loved the artwork. we only used the queen bed which was comfortable. Parking was not an issue because we were there in the off season. We would consider renting again for next year if still available."
