North Fairfield Vacations from $134

our room was huge. We were across from the airport and the noise was minimal. There was no noise from the upper floors - the building was solid. My only complaint was there were no floor or table lamps in the room. During the day light was plentiful coming from huge windows. At night the room needed additional lighting.

When we checked in, the front desk informed us that there was maintenance being performed on the elevators. This prevented them from putting us in the room as booked on Expedia. They notified us that if we weren't out of the room by approximately 8am the next morning, we would have to take the stairs, as the elevators wouldn't be operating. When we checked out, the valet parking app was not working so we had to wait 15 minutes just to request our car. At that time, we were informed the wait would be significant because they didn't have sufficient staff to retrieve all the cars being asked for. When I was finally up in the que, they couldn't find my keys. Eventually the valet found my keys and I retrieved my car myself, rather than wait for further delays. The entire time, the front desk staff kept blaming the valet staff, yet it was the valet staff at the Indigo Hotel. It is unlikely that I would stay at an Indigo Hotel again.
