“Lovely 2BR ground floor apartment, plenty of space for 2 couples. Kitchen very adequately supplied with Kuerig as well as drip coffee maker and a hot water heater. Very accommodating host - she even moved her car to street parking so we had room for two cars. Excellent location.”

“We spent two weeks at this beautiful property. Highlights included beautiful views and sunsets, comfortable mattresses, a large kitchen, efficient office with a large screen and power connections, and a thoughtful host. Marian makes the comfort of her guests a priority. She asked for suggestions about things this new rental still needed, and I gave her ideas. Packages showed up three times while we there! Property manager Jake delivered them to us. It’s obvious that this is a property that is……

“This lakehouse is an absolute gem nestled in the mountains on a quiet, peaceful pond. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Communication was excellent. Super clean. Plenty to do near by.”

“Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.”

“Cute studio apt. Very clean. Plenty of room for 2 adults. Bed was very firm but very comfortable, pillows not so much. Great location right across from waterfront and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and market place. Appreciated the coffee in the morning.”

“This was a perfect 2 bedroom apartment for our needs in a house with grassy yard. It was 5-10 minutes from Burlington and a convenient location, big driveway for parking. Great bagel place Green Mountain Bagels up the street. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. Errin was very attentive made sure the check in process was easy; and offered any assistance, which we did not need! Would recommend!”

“The location is quiet with easy access from the freeway and the city. The apartment is generally comfortable for a short stay. Brighter lamps in the living room would be helpful as would more light in the bathroom. The twin beds are just okay, not especially comfortable but not problematic. The springs creak a bit. The wi-fi is fast enough.”

“Property was nice and as advertisedHost was awfulWe had an issue upon arrival it had not been cleaned prior to us getting there. I contacted host and she immediately had somebody there to clean it, but was quite rude about it.We moved onBut then… Two women renting this place and on our final morning as we were removing sheets from our bed, we found men’s shorts at the foot of the bed tucked between the two sheets so clearly the sheets had not been changed from the prior guest stayAgain, two……

“Perfect spot for our family of five. Convenient to airport, restaurants and UVM. Beds were incredibly comfortable. No frills but that’s not what we needed. Only one bathroom was the only inconvenience but we worked around it.”

“We really liked the location for our needs.”
