“Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop. ”

The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. “It's hard for the photos to tell the story of this very special property. The location is gorgeous, the reflection pond is a lovely bonus space, and the house itself is luxurious and outfitted with beautiful, artistic items, and the space makes relaxation easy. The quality of everything in the house is extremely high, including all of the equipment in the kitchen, which made cooking there a complete joy. Diana and Traylor are incredibly gracious hosts and were generous in taking care of……

“This cabin is so lovely and perfectly situated to take advantage of what this area has to offer. Grayson Highlands State Park is about 20 min, and that is where we spent the most time during the day. Coming back to this picturesque home to watch the wildlife and soak in the hot tub was a big bonus.The AC was on the fritz during on visit but we chose to go anyway rather than reschedule. The owner purchased several fans and the evenings stayed cool. ”

“We loved this cabin near Marion. It’s a short drive away from being right downtown so the location is great. We had some cold weather and it stayed very warm inside. There were meant great items supplied to make us feel right at home and we really enjoyed the rustic decor and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended!”

“Perfect spot for a girl's weekend. We enjoyed both the creek out back and the covered porch out front. This tidy home is comfortable and well equipped. A Mama duck and her ducklings came from across the street and jumped in the creek behind the house which was a sweet sight. ”

“This property was one of our top 3 places we have stayed. The house was immaculate. It was extremely well supplied. A super quiet location just 10 minutes from town. You can’t go wrong renting this place.”
