“Everything was great but we could hear loud noises every now and then coming from the “staff only” room/door”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty subpar. The carpet was in very poor condition, and lots of active (hopefully) drywall/paint repairs were in progress. Also we had to change outlets for the mini fridge as the one it was plugged into wasn’t working and caused the freezer to be melting/leaking water on the floor. A clean outdated room doesn’t bother me, but rooms needing repairs, and being used to accommodate me in the meantime doesn’t seem like good practice. I frequent……

“Their complimentary breakfast and swimming pool were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, both the property and the furniture in the units needs upgrade. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation.”

“The town was really run down and dying. Not your typical beach town. Lots of dunes between hotel and beach. Couldn’t even see the ocean. Hotel was sketchy.”

“We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer……
