One of the best places I have stayed!
9th floor with a great view located right next to North Myrtle major shopping zones. The rental was clean and well kept. The property only has ocean front rooms with an attached 6 floor parking garage. It is located in a quieter part of North Myrtle, but close to everything. The rental has a two person soaking bath tub. The building has 4 central elevators which makes for easy in and out from the location. The bed was comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect for us. We wanted a small place because it was just the 2 of us. We think the location is perfect - downtown OD...clean, furniture in good shape, well equipped kitchen. It could use some freshening....paint, curtains, etc, but its still a nice place. Would love to be able to have our Shih Tzu but we understand. Hope to be back later

Great location and unit was nice. Great morning coffee views from the balcony. Parking garage attached to the building was a plus in our opinion. After talking with people staying at other places some of them had parking garages across the street. Only negative was no beach towels. It wasn't a huge deal though we walk across the street and snagged some for cheap. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again.

Will rent this condo next year
Enjoyed our short stay w/family. However, owner is wasting money on cleaning. I took pics of what i noticed, was annoyed & disgusted w/it, especially b/c many other ppl stay here. Also, disappointed in the quality of bath & kitchen linens. We got by w/1 kitchen towel. Others places we have stayed provided more essentials. Essentials here were absolute bare minimum. Moving forward, mgmt co should specify what guests should bring w/them for a better experience.

Great Place to Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with a great balcony and view. The primary bedroom mattress was probably one of the best I've experienced in a vacation/condo rental in a very long time. Also, the A/C kept up while the days were scorching hot and the water temp (hot) and pressure was perfect! I'm always super focused on the amenities and this unit definitely surpassed my expectations. The walkways to the beach and pool area were always clean and easy to move around. Lastly, this location is wonderful - it's much more quiet than MB but within walking distance to great restaurants.

Clean, organized condo! Two bathrooms, loved the bathroom in each room. Security on site, which is very comforting. 10/10, will stay again!
