Was on lower level looked like a storage closet, door was busted and the handle had been prized to the point locking the door was an issue, pull out mattress cover with blood all over it requested for it to be fixed couldn’t reach anyone at the desk, housekeeping brought linen in a trash bag and left outside the door on the door mat instead of changing the bed, shower wouldn’t drain, was suppose to have washer/dryer and didn’t, spent the day moving from one unit to another Moved into a different unit and there was large roaches, couldn’t ever get the shuttle to shuttle us to the beach access, so we had to drive to the parking garage unload then drive up to park then walk down to the beach, very inconvenient and time consuming, checked in on Monday, checked out on Tuesday 2 days early. My first vacation in 9 years, my families first vacation, my sons first time seeing the beach. I’m mad as hell, and now Expedia can’t reach north shore for a refund and we spent almost 900.00 for one day.

Right on the beach! Beautiful property. Looks almost like Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. Great place for families with children though I saw more teenagers there which my teenage was happy to see. Indoor lazy river with jacuzzi and separate pool helped when it rained. Love the dj during outside swimming. Had many different outdoor jacuzzis as well and separate pools for small children with an adult swim up bar pool. Busy during day time at pool area and beach but we still enjoyed our stay. Definitely coming back.

Way too many rules and not everyone had to fellow the rules. You would think I was stay at pentagon. For what we paid I have stayed at nicer hotels in the area for a a lot less. Was very disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay at north beach they offer shuttle service around the property and across the street to barefoot landing somewhat offsetting the con of all the villas being a fair distance away from the beach. Villiad not hacjny elevator acess makes using the parking deck a hassle as you cant access the elevator making you drag your things down the stairs if you dont take them out of th car prior to driving into the parking deck they do have people working nearby so its unlikely anyone would snag anything from you. The room was fairly well cleaned a few small pieces of trash here and there left behind and the odd stain here and there but acceptable by my mertics. Now i will say i enjoyed my stay here but the pool was filthy might be one of the dirtiest ive ever been in random hair and other mystery floaters in the water if i was a more senstive person i might not have gotten in at all. Also they have a swim up bar with people drinking in the pool which yeah is fun and does sounds fun but im sure is contributing to the pool being as nasty as it most likey is just a side effect of being in peak season. Ya know lots of people lots of kids drunk people having a good time. Things happen and you can clean a pool every night but the days are a very long time to keep somthing like that clean with so many people. Anyway just bring some cortizone in case you get a rash and you'll be fine. Im cheap so i might not stay here at full price but if you see a sale its worthy vacation option

Loved the pools and being on beach. Pizza shop was delicious. Negative was the bed sheets were dirty in one of the bedrooms and one of the elevator wasnt working which made alot of walking when we were on floor 20!

Beautiful property, really convenient to barefoot landing, it even has a free shuttle that will take you there so you don’t have to move your car. Parking is horrible, they only have a few spots in oversized parking and they get taken really fast and the parking attendant lets cars that aren’t oversized park there. Also for the price you’d expect more comfortable beds and pillows. Other than that, a great place to stay. My favorite in North Myrtle Beach.

First, they were very kind to move us since my husband couldn't maneuver the steps to the villa. However, the villa they moved us to was not warm and inviting. The decor was dull (blah), two big nasty stains on the bedroom carpet when I walked in, and chairs on the front were busted (we couldn't enjoy the night air). When I mentioned my concerns as we checked out, I was told that none of rooms on resort were handicap accessible!! My immediate question pertained to the federal law. I reinterrated my question with an astonished look on my face. Someone standing next to the manager chimed in and said its not a violation, they've checked in to it. I was very disappointed that the resort does not accommodate people with special needs!
