“We stayed in this lovely cabin with our 7 year old daughter and a dog for a two nights.All of us absolutely enjoyed every moment spent there.The cabin is located in secure garden.Gives perfect privacy to the owners and guests. It's very cosy,clean,peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature,in fantastic location,close enough to all local turists spots (Tintagel,Boscastle,Bude etc.) I would give it a 20 stars if I could 😁. Highly recomend this cabin and whole family would like to return again……

“Lovely comfortable bungalow with all you need for a perfect stay. Our dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden. Close to Bude and other places of interest.”

“The house is nicely decorated and was very clean. We only had to get rid of a large number of spiders, but that was due to our arachnophobia. It is a place where one can really calm down and relax and it´s great that dogs are allowed. We enjoyed walking along the coast and down to the "beach" where we saw some quite "dramatic" sunsets. The only downside was, that the 2 lower bedrooms were damp so that we needed to keep dehumidifiers running. But still one of the bedrooms had a quite unpleasant……

“The location is perfect if you wish to be left alone, we saw 3 people all week. It was amazing and easy to find. Hearing the cows in the distance whilst in the hot tub will always be entertaining. The cottage was very clean, plenty of cooking utensils and books, games etc. the local Morrison was 15mins in the car, the parking was ideal just outside the cottage. I absolutely would recommend.”

“My second stay was as good as the first! The cottage is well-equipped, very clean and within easy walking distance of the beach, canal and town centre. The Wi-Fi works perfectly as does the tv, cooker, hot water etc. A designated parking place is a real bonus for a town like Bude as is the outside space with table and chairs.”

“We spent a lovely week in Frogapits, despite it raining every day! The cottage is fantastic, centrally located to local pubs and restaurants, and within easy travel to many local attractions. Beautiful garden and really enjoyed the wood log burner for cozy evenings in.”

“On the last day when electricity power off we were unable to do anything. We all were in deep thinking. When I was searching everywhere how to switch on the power found that electricity power will be on if we insert a £1 Coin. That made me surprised which I never see. However the holiday house was very nice and the area too.”

“Wir hatten dieses Objekt als zentralen Punkt für unsere Cornwallreise ausgesucht und es war sehr schön. Das Objekt ist ein kleiner Bungalow in einer Bungalowsiedlung, die gepflegt wirkt. Bedingt durch das feuchte Wetter in Verbindung mit dem Wassersport muss man zwingend ein paar kleine Grundregeln zum richtigen Lüften beachten. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind ok. In der Küche findet man genug Geschirr für 3 Personen. Ich werde gern wiederkommen.”

“The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. “This is a beautiful location. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and cosy with everything you need. Plenty of room for a family of 4. If you’re after a peaceful spot this is perfect. “Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to.”

“Excellent property, as per description, all facilities worked, showers were great, host was prompt in replying to queries, nice welcome pack of essentials, milk, biscuits, proscecco.... nice secluded patio with furniture. Property in tiny hamlet well off the beaten track, but only 15 minutes to Port Isaac, and tintagel, 20 minutes to Rock.”

“What a fantastic experience being able to spend a week a very old Manor House. We found it comfortable, cosy and enjoyed being able to sit in the garden. Location couldn’t have been better, 5minute walk to a lovely beach, high street, restaurants and pubs. Host Gina and Jon were easily contactable and made us feel very welcome.”
