Sadly the staff walked into my room when I had paid for late check out. They knocked on the door and I spoke to say hello and they just walked in which I found unacceptable. They said I should be out of the room but that was incorrect. There was no apology. I felt treated like I was a criminal. Very poor and I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times.

We had a nice stay but on the site it said bikes could be hired. We asked but the hotel didn’t have any which meant we had to rely on expensive taxis and the bus. Only on the last day did we realise Birkerod station had bolt bikes which would have been great to get about on as we decided not to hire ...

This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we love it. The view sea side, the rooms, and the walkability of the location to the city center. The only drawback is the parking, as everytime we have arrived the place parking was difficult. A+ Hotel
