Room was large and clean. No microwave in the room. Bed and couch were comfortable. Not a lot of storage in the room for clothing. Parking was super easy. Ice machines only on floor 3&5.

Blood stained sheets not discovered until AFTER sleeping in the bed - was then accused of tampering with the smoke dector - I don't even smoke - blamed for the dirty linens and not given my deposit back. Will never stay with them again. Avoid at all costs this location.

The Heater in the room . didn't work. even after multiple complaints the heater was not fixed. I had to cover myself with 4+ blanket and 2 set of clothes to get some sleep. while the temp was at freezing outside on both nights.
