Amazing Stay

My wife and I stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. The condo was great....clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We also love Rum Point and the North Side. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Winter break

Our stay at The Retreat was excellent. We highly recommend staying here and on the north side. You get to see the true beauty of the island. We will definitely come back with the family.

Like staying at a friend/family’s place

What a great place - the view as soon as you walk in the door is spectacular - this condo is very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped with extras. Beach is very nice and we had no problem getting chairs. Rum Point Club is right next door and so is Red Sail Sports. It was like staying at a friend’s place for a long weekend - there was snorkel gear / beach chairs / beach umbrella / cooler …. All to use if we wanted to travel to a public beach like Smith’s Cove or take with us to Star Fish Point. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo - we will be looking to rebook soon.

Family time

We enjoyed this location and how quiet it was. We used the balcony a lot for relaxing and having the chaise lounge chairs made it so comfortable. We ate in most of our trip and the kitchen had everything you could need. It was great to have so many recommendations from owners and we went on many day trips around the island. Owners provided a nice soft cooler, water jugs, chairs and umbrella which were all very necessary at the beach. We hope to come back some day.

Beautiful View

The condo is fully stocked, super clean, and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for the two of us. Our favorite place to drink coffee in the morning and rum in the evening was the lanai. The lanai is better than the photos - beautiful furnishings and view. Also, we made good use of the snorkeling reference books the hosts supplied. Very much appreciated.

Awesome vacation

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Super clean, awesome 3rd floor ocean view, decor is very nice, bed was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, easy check in, great book of suggestions of things to do/ places to eat, and great hosts! Highly recommend staying here. Rum Point is still under some construction as of March 2023, but the beach area is good and the snorkeling was great. They have food and drinks available. We saw sea turtles at the end of the pier for the fist time. We also saw some sting rays.

Lovely, quiet stay at Rum Point

The location in Rum point is great. Close to restaurants and a small grocery store. The space was better than described and better than the photos. The furniture and home decor was very nice and updated. The unit had everything we needed plus more. The pool is a plus and the beach was beautiful.

Great Place

It was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there. We will stay again but we just picked the wrong time as both Rum Point and the facilities swimming pool were closed for remodeling. Still all in all a nice place and location to have some good rest and relaxation

The view was amazing, the unit was very well stocked. We had an issue with the bed and it was handled so well. I would suggest removing the url at the bottom of the page of snorkeling spots because I think it has been corrupted. I ended up with some unwanted phone messages after punching it in. I hoghly tecommend this place if you want a little quieter experience.

Excellent Condo

This was the. most well-equipped condo I have ever stayed (& I've stayed in several) along with many nicety upgrades. VERY clean. Location was just what we were looking for ... private, serene, relaxing. Owners were VERY responsive to questions prior to and after booking. Great folks to work with and a wonderful condo.

Can't wait to come back!

We loved this place! It was clean and comfortable and very well stocked, with a lovely view of the ocean. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door. The surrounding property was very well maintained, the beach out front was lovely and the nearby snorkeling was incredible. Plus, Matt and Tracey were great about providing lots of useful information and answering all of our questions in the lead up to the trip. We truly can't wait to come back!

Great place for getting away

The unit is extremely well stocked from wine openers to cutlery, towels , paper products, beach chairs , coolers , on and on. The owners have done an excellent job to make “no worries “ be the time one can spend here. We loved the beach view from the Lanai, spent breakfast and evening out there every day . The retreat is a very well run community, maintenance was out every day quietly keeping the area very clean . We had a issue with the lanai screens due to high winds , they were on top of it before we could report it . Excellent property management! The beach area is one of our favorite places for vacation, awesome sunsets, beautiful sand beach , there is a rock line near shore for easy snorkeling even for beginners, water is shallow so one can stand up . The Rum point Club is next door for food and beverage, Kaibo is a short drive away and Starfish point is a short drive as well. We hope to stay here again , excellent condo and we love the north side location. Thanks for sharing your property!!

We are leaving this condo today after a wonderful week! We have enjoyed sitting on the screened patio having our coffee every morning, enjoying the beautiful ocean view! The Best Darn Rental EVER!

This place is by far the best I have ever stayed in. It has absolutely everything you need, from beach gear right down to measuring spoons in the kitchen. I felt very much at home which made my vacation one of the best I've had.. Its clean and safe and perfectly located. I cannot recommend this more.
