Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Location! Location! Location! Easy access to everything Eugene, arts to outdoors
Good communication, good location. Owner proactively called to indicate plumber needed to come, for a backup in the basement. That did not impact our stay. We had problems securing the electric locks, but certainly felt safe in the neighborhood.
