A/C incl.! Spacious, bright and well-maintained 2-bedroom condo in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak, Vermont. The condo is in the desirable Village neighborhood and right next to the Grammy Jay trail, so you can ski or ride away directly from the front door. No walking required! The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Relax in the large living area by the cozy brick hearth gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the 55” flat screen TV and family board games. A small deck overlooks the woods and trail. The condo has been immaculately maintained and has been updated recently with new paint, furniture and decor. There is no better place to enjoy the fun at Jay Peak! The condominium sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large attached bath and closet and 42" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and twin trundle bed. The living room has a queen-size sofabed. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, an outdoor locker to store your gear, and free use of sleds and snowshoes. The condo does not have a hot tub; however there is a large outdoor shared hot tub available at the Pumphouse Water Park for those with water park tickets. There is one assigned parking space for the condo, in front of the condo building. The Village Association requires all other vehicles to park in the free covered parking garage at the Tram Base. We have an identical 2-bedroom condo (Village 452B) adjacent to this one that's also available for rent if your party needs additional space or you are traveling with multiple families. Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area in the East and is well-known for its beautiful and challenging glade trails for beginners through experts. Jay Peak also has the only aerial tram in New England, and an award-winning Graham Cooke-designed Championship Golf Course. You and your companions can also take advantage of the many amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many restaurants and bars at the mountain. The Clips N Reels recreation center at Stateside is 5 minutes from the condo, with a movie theater, clip-in ropes course and arcade. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family! The condo is also a beautiful place to be in summer and fall, overlooking the ski trail and nearby woods. Air conditioning (rare to find in condos at Jay Peak) is included via a wall-mounted Mitsubishi unit in the living area. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Tram Base, Ice Arena and Water Park, or a 5 minute walk to Stateside. Many of our guests take advantage of the free Jay Peak shuttle that runs between the condos and the restaurants and shops at the Tram Base and Stateside. We had 2 teens, 2 younger kids, and 2 adults and we had more than enough space for all of us. The condo was well-kept and had hot water. We used the kitchen a ton and it had all we needed. The fireplace was a very nice addition and the teenagers literally took naps on the floor below it since it was so cozy. There was a minor issue with a bathroom sink, but Deb (the owner) was SO communicative and was quick to respond. The condo was clean, modern, and a perfect layout for us. The only slight challenge was the master bedroom was a bit drafty, but it was -10 one night! We just bundled up with blankets. You walk a few feet and you can ski/snowboard right from the parking lot. The lift brings you right back to the condo, it literally couldn’t be easier. They are all green trails, so no worrying when you first get on or off. There is a large entrance area by the front door with warming/drying stations for gloves, boots, etc. We easily fit 3 pairs of skis and 3 snowboards, plus all the helmets, boots, and other accessories we needed.I couldn’t recommend this condo more! Condo was very clean and spacious with great views. Has a great entry room to leave equipment in as needed and a closet right outside the front door to store ski/snowboards. So close to the slopes and thankfully the Village lift opened just in time for our arrival. Good communication with the host. Deb is amazing in staying in touch and has a beautiful set up. The condo is walking distance from the Base lodge. Only issue was directions. Location given for gps brought us to the top of a dirt road with woods all around and no cell service.
