Lodges in Northam

"Arrival at the property was disappointing. It took a while to get hold of the lodge manager , as no one was at the gate to open. Dispute notices about dangerous animals, I was still expected to get out of the car and open the gate, same at check out too. This was is irresponsible as if puts guests in danger! Property requires updating, no phone in the lodge, so guests have no way of contacting reception/ manager. Staff were accommodating, attentive and helpful. Had fish and chips for dinner,...

"The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia. Always going the extra mile to help and make things convenient. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety to choose from. They even had chicken sausage for those who don’t eat pork. Megan, our guide...
