"Brought my Siser here for her birthday. We both loved it. Loved our room overlooking the river. The staff was wonderful and welcoming and the kitty stretched out on the front desk was a special added treat. The room was clean and spacious. I can't say enough of the Helendorf. I do know we can't wait to return."

"This place is okay for no more than one night. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and there is no real housekeeping service — they only change the towels and take out the trash. The floor in the room was dirty, and the bedding did not smell fresh. Overall, I think there are better options for the price I paid. One important thing to know: it’s about a 19-minute walk to the village, but there are no sidewalks, so it’s much better to drive, which only takes about 6 minutes."

"I have stayed here twice and had good experiences. The front desk clerk is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the maids were talking very loudly outside my room in the morning and woke me up. But I would still stay there again."
