"Our stay was great overall. The hotel breakfast offered many good options, and we especially loved the fresh pancake machine that made pancakes to order.
Addison, the morning clerk, was excellent. She was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful during check-in.
Unfortunately, our experience with the afternoon clerk on July 25, 2026, was disappointing. I politely asked why one of our five rooms was not ready at 3:30 PM, and she responded with an attitude and was quite rude, even though I remained respectful throughout the conversation.
Other than that, everything was very good. The location, hotel accommodations, and breakfast were all excellent for the price. Despite the issue with the afternoon clerk, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."
