“Bon hotel avec spa et autres services que nous n avons pas utilisés. Belle chambre avec toutes le fournitures avec un balcon vitré avec vue sur les rochers. Juste dans la salle de bain, le vitrage de la cabine de douche ne ferme pas correctement et donc l eau sort. Il y a 2 restaurants, le plus grand ou l on prend le petit déjeuner est bien décoré et l autre on a dîner mais ce que je n ai pas apprécié c est le fait qu il fasse traverser une salle fumeur pour y aller ”

“Except for one person, the staff is unable to communicate in English. Room was huge, but the furniture was pretty old and worn out (especially that horrible carpet). Spa was not worth it either. Small variety for breakfast, but I appreciated having those Bulgarian pastries. Overall, the hotel was comfortable but it completely lacked the "luxury" feeling advertised.”

"+ : Excelente estancia. Personal amable, especialmente el conserje. Las habitaciones eran bonitas y estaban limpias, tenían closet, caja fuerte, bar y cafetera. Me encantó el desayuno buffet incluido y utilizar la piscina y el sauna. Nos sentimos en un hotel lujoso pero accesible. - : A veces la habitación olía a cigarro y el restaurante también. Lamentablemente, no creo que el personal del hotel pueda hacer mucho respecto a esto, me parece que se debe a que las personas no respetan y fuman dentro de las habitaciones y el olor se dispersa por la ventilación interna."
