“Loved the check in process was friendly and fast. Room was excellent, but the property after midnight was really unsafe we didn’t expect to get back to our room so late after visiting with family. I know check out is at 11 but was woken up by a loud banging from housekeeping just checking if anyone was still in the room. Would stay again but would make a not to get back before midnight and have an alarm set before 9am.”

“my issue is with ORBITZ. my hotel reservation in Bloomfield , NM was made 2 months ago. the day before my arrival, Best Western Bloomfield calls to tell me I do not have a room because ORBITZ overbooked their hotel buy using EXPEDIA as a go between. Fortunately another hotel was available about 20 miles away. NOT COOL ORBITZ!”

“We really enjoyed being able to sit outside and the staff there on site were very friendly which made it very nice under our circumstances of visiting family that was ill and has a short outlook on life. We also got to see our older children who live there. We will be coming again!”
