“There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it.”

“We had a long wait for breakfast and coffee refills didn’t happen. The food and ambiance were good though.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty. Overall beautiful place, one of our best……

“The shower was terrible, it was almost a stream, the shower head was adjustable but mounted just below the ceiling and I was unable to reach it. The breakfast room was dirty as were the food counters. The food was not hot and one dish labeled scrambled eggs was some sort of tasteless white goo . I would not stay there again !!!”

“This hotel was basically clean and the staff was courteous. Our room had lots of nice cabinetry. Negatives: 1. Loud air conditioner that would have kept me awake had I not had headphones, 2. The only ice machine was not working, and 3. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and a used soap bar from last night's guest was left on top of the dispensers.”
