“This is a budget hotel. It's an aged property. But price is right, and it's only for one night!Lou at the front desk is an angel and she wants to be helpful. She even offered to give me a lift to dinner in town. If you are riding the train and you want to save a few bucks then stay here. There is a new Sinclair convenience store 100 yards away that has great breakfast burritos and good coffee.”

“Staff would not transfer a call to my room and would say can you call back in 2 hours to my caller. Staff didnt clean my room daily, I had to ask for clean towels. Remote was not operational asked front desk -no service to fix was provided. Air conditioner was extremely loud and barely working. Bot all plugs or lights in room were functioning. I did requested early check out 48 hours prior to last day.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The area is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the cabin was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the hot tub because we spent our time relaxing at the Pagosa hot springs resort instead. We only saw the staff once when we arrived, but we were busy exploring the area and didn’t need anything during our stay. We noticed that some of the other cabins accommodated guests with large dogs,……

“Run down motel style. I would not stay here again. I was scared the mattress might have bed bugs. Towels had stains on them. Requested new ones. Only 2 were like new the rest again had stains on them. The lobby smelled horrendous. The breakfast only had 2 hot plates and dining area also smelled bad to the point I lost my appetite. This joint ir probably worth $50 a night but they charge way more than that. Not worth it, stay somewhere nicer.”

“Our cabin had a upstairs bed and my daughter found a half eaten cookie in the bed. Makes us wonder if the sheets were changed upstairs. Other than that it was great, staff was great as well.”

“Our cabin was very cute and comfortable and was very clean. But we had to hang a towel over one window for privacy as the curtain was not big enough. And another curtain had holes torn in it. One blind was also broken up. But it was quite cozy otherwise and comfortable. Beautiful setting and convenient parking right by the cabin. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Our truck would not start in the morning and they offered to help us.”
