“I traveled from California to St. Louis, Missouri and Gallup La Quinta had the BEST 5STAR Room, with size and room amenities, cleanliness and upgrades... door magnets, shower pressure, tub, large doorways for handicaps,breakfasts, and homemade cookies at the welcome bar, with lemon water, hot and cold drinks, no host store, excellent bedding and mattresses, and more than I can mention. This stay rated higher on my list than the Hyatt Regency in St Louis, Missouri, that was triple the cost! The……

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“A terrible experience. I had already paid on Expedia, but when I checked in, they asked me to pay again, and the waiter hadn't told me yet. But when I checked my mobile bank statement, I found out that I had to go to the front desk to process a refund tomorrow, and it would take another 7 days to arrive. Now I can't check whether it has been returned to my account. In short, the hotel in this city is expensive and the hardware facilities are poor. It is not worth recommending.”

“The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. They were all very congenial. The continental breakfast was nice. The only complaint we had was their toilets are extremely low to the ground. They should replace them with new toilets that are at least 18” tall, or they need to add a safety bar to help with getting off the toilet. The sheets on the beds were extremely soft and comfortable. Everyone loved the beds. Overall, we had a very nice time.”
